The Organisational Information Requirements or OIR describes the information that an employer requires to meet the needs of its asset management system and other organisational functions.
The OIR is an organisation-level document. This is distinct from the Employer Information Requirements or EIR, which is specific to a particular project.
You can see whether each employer has an OIR on the Employers screen, in the OIR column:
