OIR

The Organisational Information Requirements or OIR describes the information that an employer requires to meet the needs of its asset management system and other organisational functions.

The OIR is an organisation-level document. This is distinct from the Employer Information Requirements or EIR, which is specific to a particular project.

You can see whether each employer has an OIR on the Employers screen, in the OIR column:

• Employers with an OIR are indicated with a green tick.
• Employers without an OIR are indicated with a red exclamation mark.

You can click on these symbols to view the employer’s OIR if it has one, or upload an OIR if it doesn’t.
