The Project Documents screen contains the project’s Employer Information Requirements (EIR) and other project documents such as appendices. You can create an EIR by duplicating an existing EIR from an old project or starting from the pre-defined templates.

Each EIR section is composed by it’s Title, Instructions and Weight, which is taken into account when evaluating responses to the document in the Tendering process. Custom EIR sections can be created to fit your project. For example, when Renovating the Big Ben tower, as part of the scope, one can define that specific clock parts will be replaced.

The Section Editor comes with a button to automatically insert, with a single click, the LOD table into the Section’s content. You can also preview your EIR document on the screen. This facility allows you to precisely visualise how your EIR will be printed in the PDF.
